once just an idea originating from the bob marley and the wailers song rebel music/'3 o'clock roadblock, 1213 radio (roadblock radio) is an internet radio station that looks to provide the community wth live and recorded underground hip hop, reggae, drum and bass, jungle, electronic mixes/playlists. it also serves as an outlet for alternative media news and for similar minded artists looking to express themselves through their music.
